The bar staff created a lively atmosphere, always joking while keeping our drinks topped up. The beach was a refreshing 5-minute stroll away, offering tasty snacks.

We faced issues with the air conditioning, making our nights uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately, the room size was cramped, leaving little room to move freely.

my stay at ambassador hotel & spa was fantastic! the spacious and modern room had a beautiful mountain view, and the food options were incredible. everything exceeded my expectations, and i felt at home during my entire stay.

the air conditioning was not very effective.

My stay here was utterly disappointing. The air conditioning was barely effective, making nights unbearable. I also couldn't believe the lack of any complimentary upgrade after such turmoil during my stay. It was almost okay, but just couldn't ignore the chaos of it all.

Our room was spacious and peaceful, featuring two balconies with a lovely view of the pool! The dining area had a great variety of delicious foods (especially the desserts), and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The beach area could use some improvements, as it felt a bit less maintained than other nearby hotels.

Super lekker location, just a hop to the beach, and the bar staff were top-notch, always up for a laugh while keeping the drinks flowing. Big plus for finding proper sunbeds every time!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the diverse and tasty options at every meal. The room was cozy and offered a stunning mountain view that made coming back to it a pleasure. it would have been nice to have access to better quality beverages, particularly regarding the cocktails, which were overly sweet and could use some improvement.

The hotel location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and shops, perfect for exploring Kemer. While the food is decent, it can feel repetitive over longer stays. Staff were attentive, but the beach area is quite small, leading to crowded sunbeds. a pleasant experience.

my stay at ambassador hotel & spa was fantastic! the location is just a 2-minute walk to the beach and only five minutes from the town center. the food was surprisingly high quality, with delicious options that were far from typical all-inclusive fare. i also appreciated the comfortable and clean room, with daily housekeeping.
